Mervyn Penny was a local legend in Shrivenham and the surrounding district. Most people regarded him affectionately as part of the fabric of society. Among many talents he was also a keen photographer and although his photos can be seen dispersed among the many listings of this catalogue, there are some that do not fall into any particular category. So this listing is here to assemble photos that fall outside of a specific listing.
