We are grateful to Chris Openshaw for allowing us sight of documents relating to the ownership of his house. The documents made up what were formerly the deeds of the property. As is often the case with documents of this nature, a small piece of information led a trail to the earlier history of the entire row. To read a history of what has been discovered so far in PDF format please go HERE
To read information on the property that is attached to this row, the public house known as the Prince of Wales, please see Listing No N261.
