Barrington Disbursement Book

This book covers the disbursements (expenditure) incurred by the Barrington Estate for the period 1766 to 1793. Within it's pages lies a wealth of information in the form of to what and to whom, money was spent belonging to the estate. Lord William Wildman Viscount Barrington's reign as the 2nd Viscount covers the entire period of the book, which ends with his death in February 1793.

The book can be viewed at the Heritage Centre, but it has also been photographed digitally in it's entirety. Researchers may apply to us for online access to the relevent pages in which they may have an interest.
