Military Groundsman Personal Mileage payment book

This is a little book donated by Elaine Ware that gives an insight as to how a groundsman for the Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham, was able to claim a mileage allowance for travelling around on official business in his own vehcle to various military establishments in 1969 - 70.
