Purchase of Hinton Parva Glebe Land by Cyril Butler in 1919

Sir Cyril Butler of Bourton House decided to buy the Glebe land that belonged to Hinton Parva Church for £50. It measured about 1.5 acres. He did the same with the Bourton Glebe. He started the process in February 1919 and the wole transaction was completed on the 22nd September the same year. There is a bundle of short letters that go between, Bourton House Estate, the Church Commissioners and Solicitors and also a Conveyance. There is mention of a map but it is missing so it's not clear exactly where this land was located.
