Bourton Blacksmith's Shop and cottage

There are numerous Indentures and Conveyances in the file of this listing, the earliest dated to 1861, but information within the schedule goes back to 1800. It's clear that this was once a busy Blacksmith's workshop and likely dates back into the 18th century. The Horn family were Blacksmiths and there were Horns at Shrivenham also in the same trade, but there seems to be no direct family link.
