Two magazine articles on Beckett House

'The Viscountess Barrington at Beckett' is an article in the series Hostess at Home from the magazine "The Onlooker" dated 15th October 1910. The article gives a good description of Beckett House and also provides an insight to the social conditions and attitudes in 1910.

The article 'Beckett House, Shrivenham,' appeared in the Country Life Illustrated, Vol VIII, No: 201, dated 10th November 1900. The topic is the mainly the house and grounds rather than the occupants. This copy was donated by the former Royal Military College of Science Library.
