When the Joint Services College was hugely expanded in the latter part of the 1990's, a sum of money was given by the contractor John Laing Construction, for the benefit of 4 local communities of Shrivenham, Watchfield, Longcot and Bourton. This file contains all the correspondence between the local councils as to what should be done with the money.
