St James Church, Bourton - Certificates

This Listing is to display some of the ornate documents that had been stored away in the document chest from a century ago. A large poster displaying the various church charges, Marriage Licenses, Faculty's and even the Death Cerificate of John Phillips who was the Headmaster of Bourton School for many years. Also in this file is the extract from the Faculty of 1770, granting the use of three pews in the church at Shrivenham to the Mansion Houses of Thomas Cox at Bourton.
